About the Administrator

 

NEST is committed to providing excellent customer service and has appointed Coverforce Pty Ltd (Coverforce) as the fund administrator administrator.

 The administrators role is to:

 

• »   process new applications;
  »   administer allocate and record entitlement contributions and investment income;
  »   distribute funds to fund managers in accordance with the Trustees instruction;
  »   process claims;
  »   issue statements;
• »   manage the Trusts statutory requirements;
• »   assist customers and provide advice as required; and
  »   all other relevant administrative requirements of the Trust.
